To develop a high level of training, professionalism and human resource skills in order to motivate, mobilize and or mould all individuals that are placed under my care in their preparation and quest to become effective and functional citizens.


·         Counselling /Instructional Delivery

Ability to host individual and group counseling sessions and create treatment plan to intervene in and or prevent client’s issue at hand. Additionally, capable of designing progammes that are supportive , interventive and preventive in nature.

Ability to develop and deliver lessons that are differential and constructivist in nature. Apply the multiple intelligence theory in the teaching and learning experience. Use all available resources to maximize the outcomes of the teaching learning process

Keeping detailed and accurate records of teaching learning process and students’ performance

Designing ,monitoring ,analyzing and evaluating programmes to meet organization or clients needs.

Writing business letters, reports and proposals clearly stating the facts and situations.

Promoting and selling the organization’s mission, vision and policies in a professional manner.

Listening to clients and colleagues and advising them on matters or issues.

Communicating ideas clearly on paper, electronically as well as orally.

Contributing ideas to a team or persons to ensure that goals are achieve and deadlines met.

Managing, motivating and mentoring student, staff and other stakeholders to meet organizational goals.

Organizing and planning in order to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
