To develop a high level of training, professionalism and human resource skills in order to motivate, mobilize and or mould all individuals that are placed under my care in their preparation and quest to become effective and functional citizens.

·         Counselling /Instructional Delivery

Ability to host individual and group counseling sessions and create treatment plan to intervene in and or prevent client’s issue at hand. Additionally, capable of designing progammes that are supportive , interventive and preventive in nature.

Ability to develop and deliver lessons that are differential and constructivist in nature. Apply the multiple intelligence theory in the teaching and learning experience. Use all available resources to maximize the outcomes of the teaching learning process

Keeping detailed and accurate records of teaching learning process and students’ performance

Designing ,monitoring ,analyzing and evaluating programmes to meet organization or clients needs.

Writing business letters, reports and proposals clearly stating the facts and situations.
