·         Ensure, through training and development, the Reservations Co-coordinator and the Reservations team provides an efficient, accurate and friendly Reservations service creating customer satisfaction.

·         Maximize revenues to achieve budgeted and forecasted Transient Revenue targets by motivating the Reservations team, creating an environment of commitment to financial goals and results and managing status control.

·         Conduct monthly Reservations Feedback meetings to focus on results, challenges, updates and to provide a forum for training and brainstorming purposes.

·         To make sure that all reservations are inserted correctly and documents are filled properly.

·         To check the daily reservation arrivals against the file and to see that deposit information are recorded correctly and voucher according to voucher acceptance list. (daily)
